Toine Manders

Toine Manders (born on 14 March 1956 in Stiphout)is a Dutch politician and
Member of the European Parliamentwith the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy,part of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe and sits onthe European Parliament's Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection.

He is a substitute for the Committee on Industry, Research and Energyand the Committee on Legal Affairs. He is also a member of theDelegation for relations with the People's Republic of China.

* 1992-1999: In practice as a lawyer
* 1994-1998: Member and VVD group chairman of the Asten Municipal Council

* since 1999: Member of the European Parliament
* since 1992: Advisor, Jazz in Catstown
* since 2003: Member of the supervisory board of the Integraal Kankercentrum Zuid (Comprehensive Cancer Centre South)
