Finn Coren

Finn Coren (born 28 March 1961) is a Norwegian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He is best known for his "Blake Project", a series of albums setting to music the lyrics of William Blake. [ [http://www.mic.no/nmi.nsf/doc/art2006050409543141307392 Biography of Coren] ]

Coren's first album "The Ecchoing Green" was released in 1989, and was a setting of Blake songs. He followed it up with an album setting verses by another English-language poet, W.B. Yeats, from "Words for Music, Perhaps". A second and a third Blake album were released in 1997 and 1998. His next project, "Lovecloud", was dedicated to his heroes, Blake, Yeats and John Lennon.
