Gloucester is a passenger rail station on MBTA's Newburyport/Rockport Line. [cite web| url=http://www.mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/rail/lines/stations/default.asp?stopId=71&lat=42.616069&lng=-70.668767| title=Gloucester| publisher=MBTA| year=2008| accessdate=2008-02-06| ] The Station connects with the Cape Ann Regional Transportatation Authority's (CATA) Bus Services such as the Gloucester Business Express and Gloucester/Rockport VIA Lansville. The area around the station a few years ago received an upgrade in parking and other amenities such as the adding in of Station Place featuring a "Subway" and an eyglass store as well as a copying shop. This Station has WiFi and plenty of places to sit as well.
