Daniel Phelan Elementary School is an elementary school in Whittier, California. Phelan Elementary School is located in the southwest unincorporated area of Whittier at 7150 S. Cully Avenue and is one of ten elementary schools in the Whittier City School District.

The school has an enrollment of 540 students and conducts grades K-5. The school was built in 1951.
