Teens in Prevention

Teens in Prevention (TiP) is a school based network in the United States sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration that focuses on helping students remain drug and alcohol free by using peer support, individual responsibility and community mobilization. Having first originated in El Paso in the early 1990s, TiP has chapters in Texas, New Mexico and Illinois, and is developing chapters in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Nevada.

There are currently between 5000 and 10000 students actively participating in the network.
