South Beach railway station, Perth

South Beach is a closed railway station south of and beyond the end of the Fremantle Line. It is located in South Fremantle and is 22 km away from Perth.

The "Fremantle to Robbs Jetty railway line" was originally constructed and opened on 22 October 1898 [ Quinlan, H and Newland, J.R. (2000) "Australia Railway Routes 1854-200" ARHS NSW, ISBN 0909650497 - page 64 re WN 2. ] , however alterations to the line were made during the 1987 defence of the America's Cup at Fremantle.
