Black Sea Euroregion

Black Sea Euroregion is an Euroregion located in Romania and Bulgaria formed by Constanţa County and Tulcea County in Romania and Burgas Province, Dobrich Province, and Varna Province in Bulgaria. The administrative centre is Constanţa.

*Romania : Constanţa (310,471) with a metro of 550,000 and an urban area of 650,000, Tulcea (91,875), Medgidia (44,850), Mangalia (41,153), Năvodari (34,669) and Cernavodă (19,890)
*Bulgaria : Varna (357,835), Burgas (210,260), Dobrich (114,990), Aitos (25,030)The "Black Sea Euro-region" initiative seeks to encourage greater awareness and careful use of the Black Sea resources and their sustainable management, as well as regionalisation processes in the area.
