Woodhouse Eaves is a village located on the side of Beacon Hill, in the Charnwood Forest area of Leicestershire, UK.

It is a sizeable rural village, having several pubs and a few shops (including a SPAR). The village runs along several main streets, which run from Beacon Hill (a local country park and beauty spot) around the back of Windmill Hill and on towards The Brand and Swithland. The church and a group of houses around The Wheatsheaf are slightly separated from the village centre, in an area near The Brand.

There is an area of Local Authority housing on the main road, near Beacon Hill, and some modern housing in roads off of it, though much of the village is older, including a much-photographed row of miners' stone cottages on the corner of Maplewell Road.

Nearby are the villages of Quorn, Swithland, and Newtown Linford. There is also a twisting forest road called Breakback Road which leads from the village to Nanpantan and Loughborough, surrounded by breath-taking scenery and in spring, blue-bell woods.

Woodhouse Eaves has a thriving social and community life. St Paul's Primary School and Community Centre is home to many activities run throughout the week for adults, children and young people alike.

The village has much diversity and, despite a relatively small population, Woodhouse Eaves (and the adjoining village of Woodhouse) houses four thriving churches, which often work together for both major celebrations and community-based fellowship throughout the year.

Woodhouse Eaves is also home to award-winning chef Paul Leary (a Masterchef of Great Britain) and his restaurant The Woodhouse. The Pear Tree is also a notable eating establishment as is The Old Bull's Head.

Students from Woodhouse Eaves usually attend either Rawlins Community College in Quorn or Loughborough Grammar School.
