Michel Pineda Ozaeta (born June 9, 1964 in Gien) is a French footballer of Spanish descent, who played as a striker.

The son of Spanish immigrants, Pineda played mainly in that country during his career, with spells in France (AJ Auxerre and Sporting Toulon Var).

He made his La Liga debuts with RCD Español, on September 1, 1984, against Atlético Madrid (0–0); in his third season he netted 13 league goals as the Catalonians finished third (the league had a second stage for the top six clubs).

Pineda then returned to France, but moved back to Spain in January 1993, with Racing de Santander, scoring seven in only ten matches as the Cantabrians returned to the topflight. He finished his career with one season apiece with UE Lleida and Deportivo Alavés (both Segunda División).
