- CPA3
Carboxypeptidase A3 (mast cell), also known as CPA3, is a human
gene .cite web | title = Entrez Gene: CPA3 carboxypeptidase A3 (mast cell)| url = http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=1359| accessdate = ]PBB_Summary
section_title =
summary_text = Three different forms of human pancreatic procarboxypeptidase A have been isolated. The A3 form, is obtained as a binary complex of a procarboxypeptidase A with a proproteinase E. Mast cell carboxypeptidase A is a secretory granule metalloexopeptidase that has a pH optimum in the neutral to basic range. It resembles pancreatic carboxypeptidase A in cleaving COOH-terminal aromatic and aliphatic amino acid residues.cite web | title = Entrez Gene: CPA3 carboxypeptidase A3 (mast cell)| url = http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=1359| accessdate = ]References
