__NOTOC__Gmina Jarocin is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Nisko County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Jarocin, which lies approximately convert|14|km|mi|0 east of Nisko and convert|64|km|mi|0|abbr=on north of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of convert|90.43|km2|sqmi|1, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,313.
