Limerick Suburban Rail

Limerick Suburban Rail is a commuter service running from Limerick to Ennis in Munster. There will also be a new service running from Limerick to Nenagh via Castleconnell commencing September 1 2008.

Commuter:

Line 1: serving Limerick urban area (90,000), Sixmilebridge (1,500) , Ennis (25,000).

Line 2: serving Limerick urban area (90,000), Castleconnell (4,000), Birdhill, Nenagh (9,000).

Other:

Line 1: serving Limerick Junction and Limerick railway station/Tipperary(5,000)
