- Fujiwara no Tamemitsu
Fujiwara no Tamemitsu (藤原為光) (942-992), ninth son of Fujiwara no Morosuke, was "
kugyo " (Japan ese noble) of theHeian period . His mother was Imperial Princess Masako, daughter ofEmperor Daigo . Tōmoto (遠基), Takamitsu (高光), and priest Jinzen (尋禅) were his brothers from the same mother. His daughter "Shishi" was much-loved consort ofEmperor Kazan , and her death was caused Emperor Kazan's abdication. Tamemitsu erected Hōjū-ji temple to mourn his daughter "Shishi".Tamemitsu wasDaijō Daijin since 991, and he is referred to as Kōtoku-kō (恒徳公) (posthumous name as Daijō Daijin).Marriages and Children
He was married to a daughter of Fujiwara no Atsutoshi (first son of
Fujiwara no Saneyori ). They had at least four children.
