John Reynolds (Georgia)

John Reynolds (ca. 1713-1788) was a captain in the British Royal Navy and served as the royal governor of the Province of Georgia from 1754-1757.

Little is known about Reynold's early life except the approximate year of his birth and that he joined the British Navy at the age of 15.
