2146 Stentor is a Jupiter trojan asteroid that orbits in the L₄ Lagrangian point of the Sun-Jupiter system, in the "Greek Camp" of Trojan asteroids. It was named after the Greek hero Stentor, who was a Herald of the Greek forces during the Trojan War. It was discovered by Richard Martin West on October 24, 1976 at the La Silla Observatory in Chile. 2148 Epeios was also discovered the same day by West.
