Northeast Middle School is a comprehensive middle school located at 4904 Independence Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. It is part of the Kansas City, Missouri School District.
School Background
Northeast Middle School is most likely named after the old Historic Northeast area of Kansas City. The school is located in front of Northeast High School. The northeast area of Kansas City has always been known for various ethnic groups that have chosen the area as their home. Today, that remains true. The school is now renamed to Northeast Elementary and the 8th graders are at Thatcher 8th Grade Center.
