Luftflotte 6 [For an explanation of the meaning of Luftwaffe unit designation see Luftwaffe Organisation] (Air Fleet 6) was one of the primary divisions of the German Luftwaffe in World War II. It was formed on May 5, 1943 from Luftwaffenkommando Ost in Central Russia (Smolensk).
