Barr Beacon Language College is a mixed secondary school in Pheasey, Metropolitan Borough of Walsall, England. In 2005, ex-Headteacher Hilary Sergeant resigned after staff backed a motion of no confidence in her leadership. Since then, Barr Beacon has had seven different headteachers. On April 16 2007, Dame Maureen Brennan left Hillcrest School and Community College] to become the school's eighth headteacher.
