Ruszów ( _de. Rauscha) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Węgliniec, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|13|km|mi|0 north of Węgliniec, convert|31|km|mi|0 north-east of Zgorzelec, and convert|133|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has an approximate population of 2,000.
