Tihar Village

Tihar Village is one of the oldest villages in Delhi. It has been dominated by Taga,_Tyagi since the time of British rule.since british rule four migrant village arised Titar pur,Nagli jhalib,Keshopur And Choukhandi.


Tihar Village is also known as Kachcha Tihar or Tihar Gaon. Once it was divided in three parts: Tihar Village, Tihar 1 (Subhash Nagar) and Tihar 2 (Ashok Nagar). Neighboring areas include Ashok Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Rajouri Garden and Hari Nagar.
