Siksten Kasimir (born July 23, 1980 in Tartu) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Estonian Meistriliiga, for FC Flora Tallinn. He plays the position of midifelder and is 1.78 m tall and weighs 77 kg.

He has previously had spells with JK Maag Tammeka, Merkuur (Maag) Tartu, Trans Narva, Lelle SK and Levadia Tallinn in Estonia and with Joensuun Pallo and Rakuunat in Finland.
