Quinton Hoover is most famous for his art in the collectible trading card game "" (over 70 pieces). Quinton also was the artist for the hotly desired Magic card called "Proposal" which creator Richard Garfield used to propose to his girlfriend and soon to be wife Lily Wu. Quinton was born in Fruita, Colorado in 1964 [Citation | last = Haines | first = Kathryn | title = Talking with Quinton | journal = The Duelist | issue = 2 | pages = 37 | year = 1994] and now lives in Baker City, Oregon and is married with four grown children.
