Giannades (Greek: Γιαννάδες), older forms: -o and -on, also with the a accented is a village in the northwestern part of the island of
Corfu . It is located in the municipality ofParelioi . Its2001 population was 760 for the village and 799 for the municipal district and is ranked 3rd in the village's population. Giannades is located 20 km west of the city of Corfu and about 6 to 8 km south ofLiapades . Several hills dominate the area, its beach lies to the west.ettlement
