List of Major League Baseball players named in the Mitchell Report by team

The List of Major League Baseball players named in the Mitchell Report by team lists players named in the Mitchell Report according to the team they are/have been a member of. The Mitchell Report is the result of George J. Mitchell's 20-month investigation into performance-enhancing drug use in Major League Baseball (MLB).

Inclusion on the list does not necessarily mean the player was involved in illegal activity. In some instances, insufficient evidence was provided to draw a conclusion, and some players were mentioned in other contexts.

The following list details how many players named in the Mitchell Report each team has had on their 25-man roster.
