Louise de Bourbon, born in 1482, died in 1561, was the duchess of Montpensier from 1522 to 1561.She was the daughter of Gilbert, Count of Montpensier, and of Claire de Mantoue-Gonzague (daughter of Frederick I of Mantoue).She first married Andre III de Chauvigny, prince of Deols and vicomte de Brosse.She married her cousin Louis de Bourbon, Prince of La Roche-sur-Yon, and had 3 children:
* Suzanne, married Claude of Rieux, Count of Harcoute and Aumale.
* Louis III de Bourbon, Duke of Montpensier
* Charles, prince of La Roche sur Yon.
