James Udy

Reverend James Stuart Udy OAM (30 September 1920 - 2003) was an Australian Uniting Church minister, Master of Wesley College, University of Sydney, author and President of the World Methodist Historical Society during the 1980s. Early life and education

Udy was the son of the Rev Gloster Udy, Methodist minister, and one of three brothers who became ministers of religion. He attended Newington College (1930) [ Newington College Register of Past Students 1863-1998 (Syd, 1999) pp 203 ] , North Sydney Boys High School, Maitland High School, University of Sydney and Harvard University.
