St Dominick, Cornwall

St Dominick is a village in Cornwall, located between St Mellion and the River Tamar, with the National Trust house Cotehele to the north and the still privately-owned Pentillie Estate to the south.fact|date=January 2008 It is partly established rural and partly commuter dormitory for Plymouth.

Lush farmland leading to the riverside market gardens and nudging affluent pockets like Halton Quay.

Village post office

The first certain mention of a post office at St Dominick was in 1889. Details, with photographs, of the people who have run the post office, including Mr. James Rabbage (from 1889 until 1928), were given in a book published in 1988.
