Viscount of Irvine was a title in the Peerage of Scotland. It was created on 23 May 1661 for Henry Ingram, of Temple Newsam, Yorkshire, and Hoar Cross Hall, Staffordshire. He was made Lord Ingram at the same time, also in Peerage of Scotland. The third Viscount was Member of Parliament for Scarborough and Yorkshire and served as Lord Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The fourth Viscount was also Lord Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The sixth and seventh Viscounts were both Members of Parliament for Horsham and Lord Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The title became extinct on the death of the ninth Viscount in 1778.
