The Memory of Our People

The Memory of Our People is a magazine published in the Argentine, city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe. Founded in the year 2004. Its original title in Spanish is "La Memoria de Nuestro Pueblo".

History

The Memory of Our People is a publication of the Center for Political Studies, Economic and Social "The Future Has History" devoted to recover voices relegated from our recent past in particular, and to provide testimony about the history, the arts, the social sciences and politics Argentine and Latin America in general. In its almost four years of existence have provided their assistance in the form of articles, reviews, case studies and trials, more than one hundred authors. Much of the same coming from the campus. Within this area has been particularly preponderance participation columnists academically trained at the National University of Rosario. A large percentage of them are or have been formed ing the Faculty of Humanities and Arts, another group is numerically significant center of its activities the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations. There is also a significant presence of columnists in the area of social sciences at the University of Buenos Aires. And other houses of higher education in the country and the world. But membership academic status is not exclusive. By contrast, the magazine convenes to speak with absolute freedom, critically and even iconoclastía with respect to its editorial line to authors of all Ecúmene, as long as the belief in these unimpeded and unrestricted defense of democratic governance and human rights .
