Sports

Mayport's sports program includes boys' football; boys' baseball; girls' softball; boys' and girls' basketball; boys' and girls' soccer; and boys' and girls swimming.

Schedule

The daily schedule is 9:45-4:00 with each class 90 minutes except for the lunch period, which is over two hours to allow time for classes to go to the cafeteria. Between classes, teachers escort students to their classrooms. This system is called guided movement; in this system teachers escort students to their lockers and/or the restroom at designated times. On early release days, which is every other Wednesday, each class is 48 minutes (Except the lunch period which still allows for 30 minute lunches).
