Nic Marais (born June 6, 1980) is a South African radio personality. Marais hosted Kfm Breakfast from January 2002 to June 2008. His remains the longest-running and most listened-to breakfast show in Cape Town's history.^[1]

Marais is known for his political correctness and conscientious opinions which endeared him to some listeners but annoyed many others.

He is a member of the Yale Law School class of 2011. After graduating Marais plans to reside in San Francisco, California USA.
