Mayne Australia Football Club (nicknamed The Tigers) are an Australian rules football club based in the Brisbane suburb of Enoggera. Their club colours are black and yellow and they are nicknamed the Tigers.

They joined the Queensland Football League in 1925 and played in the top tier of Queensland football until 1999. With the QAFL going into liquidation the club had to wait until 2002 to rejoin the league, renamed the Queensland State League. They are now playing in Division Two.

Footballers to have played for the club include Jason Akermanis, Richard Champion and Mick Nolan.
