Adamov (IPA2|ˈadamof, German "Adamsthal") is a small town in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic, near Brno and Blansko.
In St. Barbara Church a wooden Gothic altarpiece, so-called Zwettl Altar ("Světelský oltář") is located - which embodies a preserved part of the original sculpture carved for the Zwettl Abbey in the 1510s or 1520s.
