Frances Loring
October 14 1887 –February 5 1968 was a Canadiansculptor based inToronto, Ontario . Her work can be seen in many galleries and public spaces in Toronto and elsewhere.Born in
Wardner, Idaho , Loring studied in in Europe before enrolling at theArt Institute of Chicago . At the Institute she metFlorence Wyle with whom she was to have a life-long partnership.
