Francis Joseph Morrissey (Born March 11, 1899 in Boston, Massachusetts) is a former American football player and coach.

After graduating from Medford High School in Medford, Massachusetts, Morrissey played football for the Boston College Eagles from 1917-1920. Morrissey was the captain of the varsity from 1918-1920 and served as head coach in 1918 when Charles Brickley left BC to join the United States Navy Reserve.

As a professional, Morrissey played all seven Offensive line posisions as well as placekicker.
