Background
Our Lady of Victory Academy was established in 1961. [2]
It is dedicated to preparing young women to take their full place in church and society by providing quality secondary education in fidelity to the Gospel, Catholic tradition, and the Mercy charism.
Admissions
Admission to the ninth grade is based primarily on successful performance on the Test for Admission into Catholic High Schools (TACHS) administered each year, and the student's expressed desire to attend OLVA. Students attending Catholic/ Public Schools can obtain the TACHS application from their home school or may call Our Lady of Victory Academy for the application. In selecting students for admission all three choices indicated on the TACHS are considered. If a student does not take the TACHS exam, acceptance to Victory requires a personal interview with the Assistant Principal.
