London, EnglandOccupation Actress Years active 1919 – 1939 Mary Glynne (25 January 1895 – 19 September 1954) was a British film actress. She appeared in 24 films between 1919 and 1939. She was born in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan South Wales and died in London.
She started her career in 1908 where she was on stage in a play called The Dairymaids at the Princes Theatre in Manchester. A month later she appeared on stage at the Queen's Theatre in the same play in London.
Following her appearance in many West End successes, she toured the provinces and later South Africa. She was married to Dennis Neilson-Terry who died in Rhodesia in 1932.
