Thomas "Tommy" Glasson Lance (June 14, 1891, St Pancras, London [England & Wales Birth Index, Jul/Sep quarter 1891, Thomas Glasson Lance, Pancras registration district, volume 1b, page 95] – February 29, 1976, Brighton [England & Wales Death Index, Jan/Mar quarter 1976, Thomas Glasson Lance, dob 14 Jun 1891, Brighton registration district, volume 18, page 0242] ) was a British track cycling racer who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.

In 1920 he won the gold medal in the tandem competition together with his partner Harry Ryan. He also competed in the sprint event but was eliminated in the repechage.
