2010 FIFA World Cup qualification - UEFA Group 7

The 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification UEFA Group 7 is a UEFA qualifying group for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The group is comprised of France, Romania, Serbia, Lithuania, Austria and Faroe Islands.

France and Faroe Islands were also drawn together in the previous FIFA World Cup qualifying round, while these two along with Lithuania were drawn together in the 2008 European Championship qualifying round. France met Romania in the Euro 2008 group stage, where the two played to a draw.

The representatives of the six federations met in Vienna on 8 December 2007 to decide on a fixture calendar.
