album by the rock groupSlash's Snakepit , released onFebruary 14 ,1995 (see1995 in music ). The album went platinum worldwide. The album title came from when Slash wanted a drink in an airport. The bars did not open until 5 PM. A bartender said "It's five o'clock somewhere."Fact|date=August 2008 Slash originally wrote some of these songs for his old bandGuns N' Roses to use for the album which was intended to follow ""The Spaghetti Incident?" ", butAxl Rose disliked them. Slash then used the songs he had written for this album. The artwork for the album is a photograph of a spray-painted wall in an apartment, which was created by Ash Hudson (Slash's brother). If you look very closely towards the bottom right of the picture, underneath the cigarette, a plug socket can be seen.Track listing
