Amy Tipton (born October 8th, 1980) is a voice actress from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. She has voiced a number of anime characters, and is the English voice of Pai Chan.

Besides being the English voice of Pai Chan, including the video game, she is also famous for her role as Aoi Futaba.

She has also starred in One Tree Hill, Little Britain USA, and Unscripted.
