25th Tony Awards

The 25th Annual Tony Awards was broadcast by ABC television on March 28, 1971 from the Palace Theatre in New York City. Hosts were Lauren Bacall, Angela Lansbury, Anthony Quayle, and Anthony Quinn.

The theme was a retrospective of highlights from 25 years of Tony-winning musicals and the stars who introduced them. The opening number was "What's Happening at the Palace."
