The Diocese of Hasselt, coextensive with the Belgian province of Limburg

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Hasselt, is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic church in Belgium. Comprising the whole of Belgian Limburg, the diocese was created in 1967, split from the Diocese of Liège[1]. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels. Its see is Saint Quentin's Cathedral, Hasselt.
