The city also has an island that houses the town'syouth culture with universities, amuseum and alibrary . For the offenders, there is an islandprison which is a lot likeAlcatraz .This city is highly compatible with
Streets of SimCity andSimCopter with a few limitations. In "SimCopter", services cannot reach the prison or the university islands while in "Streets of SimCity", a modification to make the vehicle hover is needed to access the islands and the peninsula is inaccessible by road. It can only be properly accessed by equipping the vehicle of off-road tires and driving on therailroad tracks . The layout of the city looks similar to San Francisco or Vancouver. Thelife expectancy of citizens is 70 years of age and the mayor has his own residence and a smallcommunity to purchase groceries from so that he doesn't have to drive all the way down themountain to attend his errands.ources
