Sam Hill (mountain biker)

Sam Hill (born 21 July 1985) is an Australian professional downhill mountain biker. He was two time consecutive UCI World Downhill Champion during years 2006-2007. Hill first came into the international mountain bike race scene at the age of 19 after he had raced several Australian events. He began riding for Iron Horse bikes on the Madcatz Iron Horse team in the 2003 Junior World Cup points series, alongside team mate Nathan Rennie, who won the World Cup points series that same year in the Elite category.

He won a World Cup round in 2008 (Maribor). He conceded the World Cup overall to Greg Minnaar in 2008. [ [http://madcatzracing.com/news/news.php?ID=24&RET=/pages/home.php Untitled Document ] ]
