Irondequoit Bay Bridge

Irondequoit Bay Bridge is located near Rochester, New York and carries Route 104 across the Irondequoit Bay from Irondequoit to Webster near intersection with Rt 590. According to the National Bridge Inventory the bridge was built in 1967. Its total span is 2375.36 feet with 9 spans and an 87 foot wide roadway. The bridge is continuous steel Truss-Deck construction with six traffic lanes and concrete side barriers. Average daily traffic in 2004 was 60,354. Bridge condition is estimated as Good. Views from the bridge are somewhat obstructed by the concrete side barriers, especially for smaller cars.
