Marr B. Phillips (June 16, 1857 in Pittsburgh, PA - April 1, 1928 in Pittsburgh, PA was a Major League Baseball shortstop for three seasons. He was a member of the 1890 Rochester Bronchos, and also played for the Detroit Wolverines.
