Gmina Prochowice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Prochowice, which lies approximately convert|16|km|mi|0 north-east of Legnica, and convert|50|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of convert|102.62|km2|sqmi|1, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,535 (out of which the population of Prochowice amounts to 3,702, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,833).
