Prochowice [IPA-pl|p|r|o|h|o|'|w|i|c|e] ( _de. Parchwitz) is a town in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Prochowice. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|16|km|mi|0 north-east of Legnica, and convert|50|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.

As at 2006, the town has a population of 3,702.
