Gmina Ruja is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Ruja, which lies approximately convert|18|km|mi|0 east of Legnica, and convert|45|km|mi|0 west of the regional capital Wrocław.
